Nod: Focus & Fight Urges is an iPhone focus app operated by MAK Studio. Nod is licensed through the App Store under Apple's Standard Terms of Use (EULA).
Subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple.
Nod is designed as a local-first focus tool without a required account.

Nod uses Apple's Standard Terms of Use (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ .
By downloading or using Nod from the App Store, you agree to the terms that apply to licensed applications distributed through Apple.
Subscriptions And Purchases
Nod may offer Nod Pro Monthly, an auto-renewable subscription with a one-month subscription period. The current launch offer shown in the app is a 3-day free trial, then $4.99 per month in the United States. Pricing may vary by country and is always shown by Apple before purchase.
Nod may also offer Nod Pro Lifetime, a one-time purchase. The current launch price shown in the app is $29.99 once in the United States.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refunds And Billing Support
Apple handles App Store payments, refunds, subscription renewals, and billing support. To request a refund or manage a subscription, use your Apple ID settings or Apple's official support flows.
Using Nod
Nod is a focus and habit-awareness tool. It helps you put your phone face down, count real focus, and notice pickups during focus sessions. Nod is not medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or emergency support.
Use Nod lawfully and responsibly. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to access Nod in ways not intended by the app.
