Privacy Policy

The short version

Nod is built to track focus, not to sell your attention. Your focus sessions, pickup counts, labels, daily goals, and streaks are designed to stay on your device unless a future feature clearly requires syncing.

Information Nod may use

Nod may store focus session details such as session name, focused minutes, claimed minutes, pickup count, score, focus run, daily goal, reminder settings, and local streak history.

Nod uses motion data to understand whether your phone is face down or picked up. Motion data is used for focus tracking and session correction. It is not used to identify you.

Notifications

If you turn on reminders, Nod schedules local notifications so it can remind you to focus. You can turn reminders off in Settings at any time.

Payments

If Nod offers paid features, purchases are handled by Apple and may use subscription tools such as RevenueCat and Superwall. Those services may process purchase status so Nod can unlock Pro features.

Analytics

Nod may use basic, privacy-conscious analytics to understand whether the app works well. We do not need your personal messages, photos, contacts, or browsing history to run Nod.
